We had a RAID array failure yesterday (11-Aug-2008) a little after 9:35 PM Eastern Time. The system has been fully restored as of 8:49 AM ET this morning. Anyone trying to use the site during this time probably noticed some unusual behavior (missing files, blank analysis reports, failed downloads, etc.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
